Bob recently served as a board member for Freeman and Explori, providing governance and
strategic oversight for diverse enterprises. He was a member of the Finance Committee, Compensation Committee, Audit Committee and Risk Committee. He has also contributed to
nonprofit boards and advisory councils, including YouthBuild USA, where his guidance supports
