THE LONGEVITY SHOW: INSIDE THE UK'S FIRST FESTIVAL FOR LIVING LONGER

With 2,000+ registrations already in the bank three weeks before its inaugural edition, The Longevity Show is arriving at exactly the right moment

There's a reason the longevity economy is being called the next trillion-dollar opportunity. By 2032, it's projected to reach $367 billion globally. Science is outpacing expectation, consumer interest is at an all-time high, and a growing number of the world's biggest companies — from insurers to pharmaceutical giants to FMCG brands — are racing to understand what it means for their business. Against that backdrop, The Longevity Show opens its doors at Tobacco Dock, London on 26–27 June 2026 — and it couldn't be better timed.

A Festival, Not a Conference

The Longevity Show (TLS) is the UK's first dedicated longevity festival — a two-day event that brings together the science, the experience, the community, and the commerce of living longer, all under one roof. Co-produced with Founders Forum Group and Longevity Technology, and backed by some of the sharpest minds in the European longevity ecosystem, it has been designed from the ground up to be something genuinely different.

The tagline says it well: "Clarity in two days. What to do. What to ignore."

Tobacco Dock — one of London's most distinctive and architecturally compelling event venues — provides the canvas. Four main stages. An immersive expo. A dedicated clinical assessment lab. A women's health summit. A startup pitch competition. A gala dinner the evening before the show opens. And, running alongside all of it, a dedicated B2B conference for the founders, investors, clinicians and corporates who are actively building the longevity economy.

The Programme The Longevity Show has been designed around a simple truth: most people don't know where to start. There's a flood of information about longevity — supplements, biomarkers, hormones, sleep, breathwork, cold exposure — and most of it is contradictory, commercially motivated, or inaccessible without a science degree.

TLS exists to cut through that noise. The Headliner Stage brings world-leading scientists and cultural icons to one of the largest stages in the UK's events calendar for this topic. The Women's Health Summit runs as a parallel programme covering hormones, fertility, menopause, skin health, and brain ageing — an area that has been consistently underserved in mainstream wellness. The Edelman Longevity Lab hosts more intimate conversations on the societal and commercial implications of 100-year lives.

But TLS is as much about doing as it is about listening. The Assessment Lab gives attendees access to biological age testing, body composition, brain & cognitive health, VO2 max and more — making cutting-edge diagnostics accessible to a consumer audience for the first time at scale. The Studio, in partnership with lululemon, offers physical sessions across yoga, strength, breathwork and boxing. Daily Rituals, movement moments woven throughout the event, include a rooftop workout by Movement Partner Peloton,  cold water therapy, a guided 5km run, a Sanctum Signature Experience and — in what may be the event's most talked-about moment — the Longevity Rave.

The Speakers

The speaker line-up has drawn some of the UK's most trusted voices on health alongside the scientists who are rewriting what we know about ageing. Confirmed speakers include Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Joe Wicks, Davina McCall, Fearne Cotton, Dr Megan Rossi, Liz Earle MBE, Grace Beverley, Professor Steve Horvath — whose biological age clock research has become foundational to the field — Professor Russell Foster, a world-leading expert on sleep and circadian rhythms, and Dr Karan Rajan, one of the UK's most followed medical communicators. In total, more than 150 speakers are confirmed across both days.

The B2B Conference: Scaling Health & Longevity

Running simultaneously across both days is the Scaling Health & Longevity Conference — a dedicated B2B programme that positions TLS as more than a consumer event. With its own curated guestlist, its own lounge, pre-arranged 1:1 meetings, and a VIP Gala Dinner at Horizon 22 on the evening of 25 June, it has been built for the industry executives, founders, clinicians and investors who are turning longevity from a concept into a commercial category.

The B2B audience already registered includes representatives from McKinsey Health, Legal & General, Novo Nordisk, L'Oréal Paris, Hims & Hers, Rothschild & Co, Holland & Barrett, the BBC, The Telegraph, Givaudan, DECIEM, Hyperice, 22 Bishopsgate, and the Singapore Tourism Board — alongside a strong core of longevity-native businesses including Exceptional Ventures, Viome, Elysium Health, Bluecrest Wellness, and L-Nutra.

A Longevity Startup Pitch Competition, with a live final on 26 June, gives the next generation of longevity businesses a stage to compete in front of an audience of investors, operators and media.

The Numbers

For an inaugural edition, the traction has been notable. With three weeks to go before opening day, The Longevity Show has passed 2,000 registrations  across 40+ countries. The breadth of the audience — spanning longevity clinics, global consumer brands, insurance firms, NHS practitioners, digital health platforms, and private wealth — reflects the cross-sector moment the longevity economy is having.

The Expo & Partners

The immersive expo floor brings 75+ of the most compelling brands working in longevity and health today. Exhibitors include NAD Clinic, Randox, Hertility, Sunlighten, and Technogym, alongside a curated selection of emerging brands across diagnostics, supplements, nutrition, beauty and wellness technology.

Already Looking Ahead

Perhaps the clearest signal of confidence in TLS is what's already been confirmed for 2027. The Longevity Show returns to Tobacco Dock on 25–26 June 2027, with exhibitors and sponsors already securing their spaces onsite ahead of the inaugural edition closing.

The longevity economy has a flagship event now. And it's just getting started.
